There were a number of items that were to get fixed and we were told it would be done the following week. So, we made the mistake of paying the last payment to them because we believed they would be back. Don't pay anything until everything is absolutely finished. I have emails that said that they would be back. They never came back and I waited and a few months went by and I sent an email asking if they were. I was told by A&A that they didn't know they were supposed to come back. I had to call other people to come in and finish some of the items. It has cost me to clear up A&A's mistakes. They were supposed to be finished in 5-7 days and it took 16 weeks. Almost every couple months, something else has to be redone. Just want others to know that they should be careful when using this company.
