Good afternoon [redacted] I'm responding to this letter I received from youI'm Going to provide the details as you requested Customer wanted his kitchen refinished with existing cabinets, I did complete and refinished his kitchencustomer wanted granite counter tops in his kitchen and his two restrooms, Both kitchen and restrooms where completed I charged him for just refinishing his kitchen and installing his granite counter tops Details that we disputed about through the job process I recommended the customer through the phone that I highly recommend to replace part of his kitchen cabinet because he had mold and cabinet was very weakI also told customer that maybe in the future his granite could crack due too mold under his cabinet and bad structure, [redacted] told me to replace it and remove it so I didI charged customer $ for the new cabinet, he disputed that amount and said it was too much so he paid the amount he suggestedHe did not pay me and I did not argue with him about that NOTE: all this was disputed when he was suppose to pay me for my completed work Plumbing: I told customer that he should replace or fix a water leak he had behind his kitchen sink because their was water leakingI told him that I knew a plumber but he suggested for me to fix it, his words were " I only want to hire one person to do the job" so I fixed it, his valves coming behind his refrigerator was also leaking, he ask for me to fix it so I didhe wanted his two restrooms sinks changed out but through the work process his valves were also bad, I showed customer he agreed too change themso I didi also removed and relocated a gas linehe never paid me for any of the plumbing when we discussed how much he owed mehe owes me here 800$ for all the plumbing work electrical I also moved some outlets coming from his stove never paid me for that as well Unfortunately I couldn't proceed to do any more work with him knowing that he wouldn't pay me for my time and extra things he asks me forhe asks me to put tile in his kitchen but after a week I told him noi don't owe customer anything, in fact he owes me around 1000$ for doing extra things he asked me, including the cabinet he didn't pay full price forIf he would like to make arrangements on paying his balance then we can proceed to do more work , unfortunately I cant go any further than this with out him paying me the rest of extra work that was done Thanks ***

Good morningI do not agree with Mr*** because he was supposed to fix my kitchen and bathrooms for $but I ended paying him $In the dark my cabinets look good but with light, you can see right through the paintThey took my cabinet doors, drawers and my kitchens cutting boardTwo and a half months later, I am still waiting for itI was told by Mr*** son that he made me a new cutting board because mine was uglyI never got my old nor a new cutting boardI asked Mr*** son why they didn't work on my kitchen every day to get it done on timeHe told me that he was sanding and painting my doors and drawers in his shop and he was also installing the handles and hinges on them so all he had to do was installed themOne day I got home from work and my back yard was full of wooden boars full of long staples with all my cabinet doors freshly painted and with no handles nor hinges on themThey also overstayed my walls and ceilingsI bought paint for them to paint my walls to cover their overstaye but they never came backAfter I waited a few days and he did not show up, I installed my own under cabinet range hood that they removedI also dumped all the trash he left on my back yard and cleaned my new counter tops and kitchen floor tiles that they also overstayedI took pictures of everything before I cleanedThey left all the wooden boars with long staples a ladder and a fan on my back yardI put everything away so my two kids do not get hurt with long staples on their play groundThey did not installed any of the kitchen nor bathroom cabinets trim they removedI hired Mr*** to work on a kitchen that needed workI did not wanted to spend thousands of dollars because I have too much money, I hired him because my kitchen and bathrooms needed workWhat was he expecting working on an old kitchen? I did not tell him to fix everything for $4100, he gave me an estimateIf I have to, I am willing to go to court so he pays me to get a professional to do my kitchen and bathrooms right. I have no respect for dishonest people so I do not want him nor his son in my homeWe agree to a delivery date (9-13-17) and two and a half months later my kitchen and bathrooms are not done but he got playedMr*** knew I needed my kitchen and bathrooms done on time because I had an insurance inspection coming up and I was celebrating my daughter's 3rd birthday in my houseI did get the insurance inspection and celebrated my daughter's birthday in my house with an ugly, unfinished kitchen and bathroomsI also have his text messages on my cell phone telling me that he was busy but he was coming to work on my kitchen and bathrooms as soon as he got doneI can try to get pictures from my insurance company from their inspection with an incomplete kitchenThank you for your time

I charged him 4100 for just refinishing his kitchen and installing his granite counter tops.                                           Details that we disputed about.    through the job process I recommended the customer through the phone that I highly recommend to replace part of his kitchen cabinet because he had mold and cabinet was very weak. I charged customer 700 $ for the new cabinet, he disputed that amount and said it was too much so he paid the amount he suggested.
