I am rejecting this response because:The response from The Driveway Company insinuates that they took $off of the total price in order to compensate me which is not the caseThe $was taken off because they never completed the jobIn their response they also indicated that they collect payment when the job is finished yet one of their employees showed up demanding payment before it had been finishedAlso, maybe there wouldn't have been bags of dirt on the concrete when they were trying to do their job had they actually scheduled an appointment for the job instead of just showing up one morning to do itThis company is completely unprofessional in the way they handle their business.

We spoke with Mrs*** at the end of July She was very upset Her job had not been completed due to piles of dirt at the end of the driveway The price of the job had been $1,which we reduced by $to $1,With no way of knowing when the dirt would be removed from the
driveway we told Mrs*** to let us know when the dirt had been removed from the driveway and we would come out and complete the work on the drive with no further charges It is The Driveway Company's policy to collect for work done upon completion The Driveway Company does not mail out invoices but rather collects on the spot when work is complete or makes arrangements to pick a check up on the following day We then provide a paid Invoice at the time payment is received We apologized to Mrs*** for any inconvenience and had reduced the original price by $to help compensate her
