To Whom It May Concern:
Attached to this email are two images, the first of the receipt and the second of one of the products purchasedThe second item, a memory card, was opened in-store by the vendor and placed within the camera by himself
To restate the complaint,
the vendor (store owner or representative) deliberately made a gross misrepresentation of the monetary value of the camera, an outdated model no longer sold in larger stores, to persuade and cajole the customer into purchasing it at double its current market valueIn the same manner, he took advantage of the customer's uncertainty and discomfort as the only woman present in the store to misrepresent the utility of purchasing a GB memory card at an inflated price ($USD) such that the sum total of the purchases equaled $USD
Feigning that it was a good bargain, his store assistant entered the price manually into the register and received payment via credit cardOnly after the receipt was printed did the customer discover that the store insisted on a general policy of no returns/refunds, though that is standard expectation for such productsIt is also unclear whether the product warranty in the box is valid.
An inappropriate parting joke involving use of the camera in the shower was made just as I, the customer, was on the verge of leaving the storeI did not comment directly at the time on its inappropriateness due to feeling uncomfortable in the store
Please advise if more information is needed or requested

Review: Sales representative/store owner deliberately misrepresented the monetary worth of an outdated, defective product (digital camera) and charged double its actual worth, refusing as general policy the option of a refund if the item was returned. The representative pressured and cajoled until an additional 2 GB memory card was purchased at an equally exorbitant rate.Desired Settlement: Full refund of purchase upon return of all items in person. The product itself, including the memory card, has not been used since moment of purchase.
