I am rejecting this response because: It has been quite difficult to communicate with Silviano R***, reach resolution, try and accommodate times Silviano R*** forgot to come or communicate he was not going to meet the scheduled time. We are asking that ABC Roofing return the money *** *** *** *** paid in good faith to have the roof done wellBeing the work was bonded and licensed, we are asking for compensation for the failed work
