Thank you for your contactIn regards to this customerThis customer placed the order on April *, via ***Our store only offers a day return policy...Since this customer got the Revdex.com involved months after he received the product, In his first contact with the Revdex.com he requested an Exchange, which we did only for him to refuse the item and ask for his money back...Unfortunately we are unable to refund him due to the time that has past since his order and return. Again,we offered what we can to this customer and we bent our policies by sending him a replacement to start with.We feel that this customer is trying to grasp for straws by contacting us continuously, and threatening us, when his issue is with the manufacturer, which again stated they will exchange the unit for him...**

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I reject this response because the business has not done what they have stated they would do. The manufacture employee ***, (Healthpro Innovations / Health Wellness Pro) stated in an email his manager is ** (***). It was Healthpro who sent the RMA, and was 47th St photo to whom the product was returned. This would infer these three businesses are one in the same, or somehow related Again, if you read the timeline I sent as to what has occurred, I have only done what I was asked to do, and am only expecting this business to do what they committed to do. If I am mistaken and these businesses are not related, perhaps JD could request the manufacturer issue a refund since Healthpro did state in an email on 1/**/15, that I could refuse the delivery and an refund would be issued.
Sincerely,
*** ***
The company uses generic photos of their products and you cannot be sure you will receive the item you thought you were purchasing. Mt experience came from a purchase at Walmart. 47th st photo will not pay for the return of merchandise even if the item you paid for is not what arrived.
It is very difficult to get in touch with this company.
The people you speak to on the phone will not send an RMA unless you constantly contact them for one and will lie to you about this also.

[redacted] ad for [redacted] lens misrepresented - ad claims will fit Nikon D5300 camera. It will not. Ad also clams return shipping cost buyer responsibility unless error by 47th st photo. Clearly an error since product did not fit Nikon D5300 base as advertised. Ad also claims refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after receipt of the returned. Used debit card for "buy now" transaction to avoid PayPal. - discovered by chance after two months of back and forth between customer service with no help that since debit card used for payment PayPal could not credit refund amount nor my shipping expense...so a a check was printed and issued which did not include my shipping expense of $25 for the two separate times I sent lens back.
Please know this customer has already been refunded in full, and amazon will not let us refund any more then what she has paid. If the...
customer would have requested a return label one would have been provided. We have been fully responsive with the customer through out this whole return.
Thank you.
Review: I purchased a toothbrush from 47th st photo on 4/*/14 for $49.95. It broke approximately on 10/*/14. After several attempts to get a response from 47th st photo, they finally agreed to replace the toothbrush and sent a return shipping label on 11/**/14. I mailed the broken toothbrush back to 47th street photo, and they received it on 12/*/14. After several more attempts to find out the status of this, I have yet to receive a single response from 47th street photo since they received it. As of now, it has been almost 3 months, and they have not remedied this situation. Not only that, they have the toothbrush and my money.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for this defective product.

Review: I recently made an online purchase through [redacted]'s 'Marketplace' website. The third party seller was 47st. Photo. The item was a package deal including a GoPro 3 Silver Edition for a very desirable price. Because the sale was through [redacted] (I was familiar with the seller) I went through with the transaction and was charged on my card (I have email and bank account evidence). A few hours later the order was canceled for an unexplained reason. I then contacted [redacted] in hopes to clear everything up. Despite guarantees promised by [redacted] and after two hours on the phone the response I got was 'we can't help you' and 'you need to contact the seller'. I finally got ahold of 47st. Photo and they told me that the listing was a 'mistake' and that they would not honor the price. I see this as false advertising by both [redacted] and 47st. Photo. Also since the transaction was processed and the money was charged to my account it is illegal to take it back after as the transaction was completed. I have documented evidence of these proceedings if nessisary.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the product offered by 47st. Photo at the quoted price that was given to me through [redacted] Marketplace.
