Just had a wonderful experience with Eli and JeremiahThey were courteous, professional and really took the time to teach me about our garage door issues, how to avoid future issues, etc etc They were booked through our home owner warranty program so I can't speak to pricing but they would be worth the expense!

I was very please The technician Ron was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and the cause of my problem I would recommend this company and definitely use them again Thanks!

Technician was very friendly, but within minutes declared that our garage door was faulty and needed full replacementFrom thereon, he just kept pushing us to buy a new door, and said we have a special deal, if we place the order today (almost like a used car salesman!)We got a second opinion from another place a few days later, and the technician said your door is just fine, just the motor needed some adjustment, not sure why someone would say it needs replacement!

Sarah & Jeremiah were AWESOME, working extremely hard (extra phone-calling, research, etc.) to deliver the extra components that I requested within the time-line that was agreed upon in advance. I really liked how Sarah was always very clear upfront to explain what exact components can be delivered at a very fair & reasonable price!
- More durable installation techniques compared to the competition.
Instead of the "standard installation," they have strong expertise, to provide a far more "superior installation" compared to the rest of the competition. Eli was GREAT to explain certain skilled techniques to install the garage in a way that will have the door & spring components last even longer than the average life of the door/components which will save me more money in the long run! Indeed, I am very impressed how I received so much more superior service at such a fair & reasonable price!
- Plus, they do not put all this pressure on you to sell you what you do not need. Eli was very kind to test my current garage door opener & informed me that my current garage door opener works just fine, which saves me more money, not needing to buy a new one! Thanks, Eli!
