did work for free. We attempted to collect the $200.00 multiple times with no success. We decided not to work for a customer who refuses to pay. Months later the customer called with a leak. A leak that could never be caused by servicing. We have the removed part as evidence. We went out in case it was something we may have done. It was not. We repaired the leak and, again the owner refused to pay. 26 months after unit was installed. Claiming we installed the unit, we were liable. Leak was caused by owners bad water. our install warranty is only 12 months as industry standard. Owner owes 49er plumbing $375.00, yet we have had to deal with complaints to the Revdex.com and false accusations on social media. Clearly they get by, by taking advantage of hard working contractors. We have yet to been paid and we refuse to work for them in the future as well.

Review: Plumber installed whole house water heater. Connection started leaking after he showed us how to clean it, which he promised to do. When we noticed the leak, we called him out to fix the hose (6 weeks worth of calls) because we didn't have the tools (they are plumbers tools) and we assumed since he put it in that he would stand by his installation and fix it no charge. He presented us with a $175 bill, did not want to discuss it, and argued loudly with me, intimidating me. I paid it but under duress.Desired Settlement: I would like 49er plumbing to reimburse me the $175 that I paid him for fixing a hose that should have been fixed when he did the installation.
