Costumer hired me to install ceramic tiles on the wooden window stool.Tiles are selected and purchased by her.I suggest her to paint and not to install these tile but she rejectedI asked $300.00.After completion costumer paid installation charges $and Materiel (tiles were not enough)and
transportation $ total paid amount was $I can present her sms as a proof.after few days Ceramic tiles got cracked, I went to fix two times as she have mentioned without charges.I suggested her to purchase Marble stool and I will fix it without any charges.I am always present whenever she call me except she call me very late nightI offered her to select marble stool and I will install without any charges.She have to select color and quality.As per last telephonic conversation she asked $as a refund.She had not paid $as she mentioned in complain.The problem was in product not in my service.This complain is not base on t rue facts Thanks with best regards, Amar

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
First of all, if I needed the windowsill to be painted, I would have looking for someone to install tileSecond of all, painting option was not offered and that is not something I was looking for anywayHe has the receipt that total work was $and as so-called business they are supposed to keep all the receiptsHe has been wining that it’s a lot of work, he has to pay money for his friend and etc etcI have described all the details about the material in my initial complaint where I described that he kept huge bag of material (I think, 16$ as I have it in my text messages with him) and when I was looking at receipt and asked where is that material, since only a very SMALL amount was needed for one windowsill, he said he can bring it to me which I didn’t need (because he didn’t have to purchase such a huge bag at first place and he didn’t bring it when he came to do the work anyway, which is lying and hiding and keeping it to yourself)I told him he can keep the bag for himself, and he said if something happens he will be fixing it for free for yearsYes, I also have all his and mine messages with him and I actually would like to see where it states the amount of $He came to fix it ONCE after a few days of having cracks on itAlso, I had to change my days around him as I have been calling him constantly and he always had excuses that he has other work to do as wellAlso, if the job is sloppy, the customer doesn’t have to pay for it to be repaired again as it is their fault to begin withHe suggested (for the second time when all the tiles got cracked) to purchase the stone of about a 100$ and he will put it for freeHe was supposed to call me after checking the prices for the stone in the store and he NEVER called meHe never responded to my messagesAnd that is a complete LIE that he always responded except for the late time as he mentionedNot to mention that he is the one who always said that he could only come and fix at late time as, AGAIN, he has other work to doSo, I have all the calls and messages that are left with no responseHe has been lying and finding excuses, that either he is out of NY and another time it was he had a gathering with friends and he will answer tom (which he NEVER DID)So, after millions of my calls and texts that is it up to me to decide if I want him to repair it AGAIN for free but I had to purchase material of $(which I described above that he was supposed to call me the next day and let me know the prices and options-which he never did!!!!), I have decided not to deal with him anymore since he has provided a very sloppy job that he had to repair twice (once he did, the second time-no), a terrible customer service, poor communication, I asked for a refund of $He said he cant give me that much because he is losing in this caseSo, we both agreed to $100, as I just want to end all business with him and not to deal with him ever againWe picked a day that is convenient for HIMTwice he has been rescheduling and then I realized he is hiding and lying and I wont get any money from himHe, again, didn’t pick up the phone when I calledSo I have a professional who had to fix it after him (and again, I lost money and time because initially 4A didn’t do it the proper way) and I have people who are in this business who can confirm that it was a problem in the way he had installed the tilesIf he says the problem was in the “product”, the problem can NOT be in the tile, as I have it installed after him with a professional people and it looks perfect till nowSo, he is lyingI can provide all the messages with himI again, insist on a refundThese people should not be in business at all
