4A's Used Auto Parts

Review: On March 23, 2013, I had my 2002 Mercury Mountaineer Towed to 4A's Used Auto to have my engine replaced. I called the owner [redacted] on Monday March 4, 2013 to check on the status of my vehicle.

He informed me that he had everything and that things were going well. On Saturday March 9, 2013, I received a call from [redacted] stating that I need a fuel pump and a new battery. I informed [redacted] that the battery was new and that I have a warranty on it. I stated to [redacted] that I would be able to come to his shop and pick up my battery so that I can take it back to the store and get a replacement. He puts me on hold, gets back on the phone and states to me that there was never a battery in my vehicle. I told him that was not true that there was a battery in my vehicle. I went up to [redacted]s’ shop to see what happened to my battery . I asked if he can play his camera back for me so that we can see and he said no. that it would take to long. I informed him that I had all day. I then asked him if I could look at my vehicle he stated no! Because I would knit pick . I walked to the back and asked the mechanic if he could take it down for me. He took it down that is when I noticed that they took out my new alternator and replaced it with an old rusty one. I asked the mechanic where my alternator was and why would they replace a new alternator with an old one he stated that he will put my alternator back on. When asked where it was and if I could see it he stated that it was labeled and place on a shelf in there stockroom. He never brought it back out for me to see. That was the second thing I noticed that had been either taken or replaced off of my vehicle from 4A’s . I can't imagine what else may have been taken off of my vehicle and replace with bad parts.Desired Settlement: I would like to either have them refund my money or repair my vehicle and return all of my original parts from my vechicle. I would also like a copy of their tape showing what all took place with my vehicle. I also would like a 90 day to 180 day warranty. because they can not be trusted. I would like the vin number that the engine they are trying to put in my vehicle and proof of the mileage I was told that it had 64,000 miles on it.
