Just the second month with 4change energy signed a contract for months for pkh but they are charging me 9.9pkh they also give you a credit of $the more you use but even when you do the math it does not come out right they add the credit back on to the billI should never have went with this company I want to pay what I was told not something entirely differentYou do the math I used kh x 0.099=$184.53-$35.00=$they told me that given the discount would make come out to pkh but 1864x6.4=119.29+35=$154.96=tax and this is what the are charging me $155.61so you I am not really getting any king of discount.This company should not be allowed to continue.I want out of this contract with out having to pay much money

Been their customer for about 3 years. No real complaints about them during that time until now 02/10/2016.\r\n\r\nReceived a highly positive email from them in December 2015 notifying customers of an upcoming \"System Upgrade\"\r\n\r\nReceived another email from them in January 2016, giving great praise for the successful completion of the \"System Upgrade\". We received a new account#, but nothing else would change. I viewed this activity as an alert to a possible scam.\r\n\r\nIn early February 2016, hey did not take the auto-withdrawal from my debit account as they have for 3 years. On the due date, I called cust service. They said it wasn\'t due until 02/08/2016, and they would do it then.\r\n\r\nThey did not take the debit on 02/08/2016, so I called them again that afternoon. They said the \"System Upgrade\" had left them with problems, and I would have to make the payment manually. I did, and they confirmed that the payment had been credited, and my balance was zero.\r\n\r\nToday 02/10/2016, I received a Disconnect Notice fro them in the mail for non payment. I will call them tomorrow for some explanation of what this means for my accoutn and me.

You will not be able to get in touch with customer service if you have an issue or question. They will charge you a $240 cancellation fee if you move, and won't tell you about it when you call.
