The manager is rude. You don't have exclusive time as he suggest . If someone needs the place on your time he will rent it out. He 'a dishonest, disrespectful . He's says the kitchens are $10 daily and hourly but that's to get you to call. It's bait and switch with him and he will keep your deposit. I'll say it's a SCAM!!!
I decided to cancel the lease due to lack of professionalism. I always paid in time, but they still sent rude emails about "pay or quit" only to realize I really paid in time. First time they apologized, second time started to be aggressive. What to expect from a company which doesn't use any of 20th or 21st century payment methods. You have to go to their bank to do the deposit. That is the only way of payment.
At the begging there was a sanitizer supplied, but now everybody has to bring their own.
Also expect to receive a lot of mass emails which has nothing to do with you.
Basically poor management and horrible customer service.
