I preordered on 10/7 and was charged in full on my credit card with ship date of 10/20 for a birthday present for my granddaughter.

On 10/22, they said it was late but promised it would ship on 10/24. I then received a notice from USPS that it had received the tracking information (not the actual package) on 10/24 . On 10/28, they admitted that it had either been lost or not shipped. They promised to ship that day and did refund 1/2 my payment. On 10/29, he said it was shipping on that day. When I called and complained on the 30th, he said I was extremely rude and nasty, which I was not just quite exasperated that I was still being give the run around. He said he would return money in full and found out why it did not ship again. I really wanted the present for my granddaughter not my money back and did not like the excuse that I was being rude and nasty. as this has been paid for on 10/7 and still never shipped.

Bad service, won't answer e-mails or phone calls, product ordered 2 months ago still haven't shipped even after repeated promises, now they quit answering. Needed these monogramed PJ's for Christmas presents.
