could not just call us and have her name removed, I tried to give her an example of, if she cosigned for an automobile, and if she felt the person she cosigned for that automobile wasn't going to make the payments, that she couldn't walk into the bank and inform them that she no longer wanted to be a cosigner on that loan. However we have spoken since our conversation and she has told me that she had decided to stay on as the cosigner since she had a chance to speak to the defendant.
