Review: I walked into the store asking about an price on a iPhone 6 and I was told it will cost me $500 and then they changed their minds and said $540.I was interested in the price and went for it. So as me and my wife pic pick out the color of the iPhone 6, the store clerk was setting up the activation service from my old iPhone to the new one, she came out with a whole different price and it was 820 dollar. The amount was way too much than I was told and they switches everything already and they said they can't switch back. I wanted my old phone back but they told me they can't do it and they have done all this without me paying first. They never mentioned I was gonna be charged a apple fee and they changed the price of the iPhone. The store held my wife phone hostage and forced me to pay the 820 dollars. I became fearful and paid the amount they forced me to pay and got my wife's phone back. They are scanners and unprofessional and they theft me of my money. They was not informative at all before making my purchase. They was rude and made me feel humiliatedDesired Settlement: I would like my $220 of my cash back and I keep the phone or the full amount and give back the phone.
