I continue to submit requests to be removed from their mailing list without a response. The amount of waste this company sends in direct mail promotions is so incredible and I do not want to be a part of it, but they continue to spam me in the mail!

This company is harassing me with incessant emails. I have made multiple requests, from their email preferences site, to their web administrator. Once you give them your info, you will never get away from their daily emails. I wish I had never stumbled upon this company. I have been victimized ever since and there is no way I would ever do business with them.

Very professional and timely customer service. I made an error on my order, and they helped me correct my order in a timely and profesional manner. Definitely will use their services again.

We have recently switched from a different supplier to 4imprint and have been very impressed. They were able to help expedite our most recent orders and their one on one service went above and beyond our expectations! We use 4imprint for promotional goods for our performance tuning shop as well as our breast cancer fundraiser and racing events and highly recommend them to everyone who asks!

I have ordered several items from this business previously and have always had good customer service. I agree [redacted] that they want to charge you up front and then work with you after you pay. I ordered some that that said 5 day production turn around and after I paid told it would two weeks before I got the item. I have never had to wait that long for shipping before so had not anticipated the lengthy turn around time. When I said I expected sooner than that I was told I would have to pay expedited shipping which would be a ridiculous charge. I guess everyone at my event will just be told that they will have to pick up their item at a later date and that we will never order from them again. $500 in expedited shipping is crazy!

I will never order from these people ever again they say my order delivered then they turn around and intercept it like who does that

I have been floored by how attentive, courteous, and efficient 4imprint is! I used them per recommendation of our local t-shirt printer for mug printing, and I couldn't be happier, not only with the product, but moreover with the experience!

Their customer service reps on the phone and via email were very helpful, beyond nice, and very good at their jobs. We had a small hitch in our delivery (missing a few lids to the travel mugs), and not only did they quickly resolve it and send us additional ones, but were incredibly kind and apologetic for the initial mistake. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and emphatically encourage using them for promotional materials for your business or organization.

The quality is better than you can imagine! I'm blown away how great it is. I was thinking my logo I submitted might not be up to par. I just got a vector logo made for brochure. But no, this place is amazing!

Review: I placed an order with 4Imprint on 10/22/2013, the order arrived a few weeks later with only one of the four items ordered. When I contacted the company, they neglected to respond for several days. Only after I sent a followup email did the account manager tell me the item was out of stock, sorry! After several back and forth emails, I was told the remaining items would be shipped and in hand no later than the first week of December.

Well, the end of December has come and go and still no followup. Still no product. And most infuriating - they've already taken our money.Desired Settlement: Refund the order.

4imprint sells their customers' mailing addresses to 3rd parties such as Land's End, resulting in increased unsolicited junk mail.

This company has [redacted] poor customer service and no interest is working with you until you give them money up front first. They want you to pay/engage a credit card prior to an agreement on a final product. One should agree on the final product before asking for payment. I had to ask 4 times about an engraving before anyone even acknowledged my existence. Because of the delay, I am now paying nearly $50 more in order to get the product on time. From the other reviews, I have NO faith that it will be here on time for a corporate VP's 25th year anniversary.

I was nervous to use this company to purchase a table cloth for promotional events for the office. I am happy to say the experience was entirely positive. The representatives were quick to respond to the order, questions, and changes. The shipping was very quick. Product was better than I pictured and quality material.

Our business placed an order online for a 24hr turnaround table runner that we had previously ordered before. We paid for next day delivery. I called their customer service to confirm that the file was okay and everything would be shipped out in time for our conference. I spoke to a man there who said he would expedite it himself and start the production since it was a repeat order on a rush. I thanked him and thought that was it. I called back the day it was expected and never arrived. I spoke to a customer representative there who said she saw the order and that it was supposed to be shipped out and wasn't sure what happened as there was no tracking and the man that was assisting me wasn't available. She asked if I wanted them to still make/ship it or refund. I asked them to refund it as it was already too late for my conference. I told them that I was disappointed and she apologized but there was nothing that she could do. I wanted to share my experience so people know this company is not always reliable and definitely failed me. I will not be using them again and cannot recommend them.

I recently ordered a significant amount of promotional items. We had an issue with the shipping and the order did not arrive on time. So essentially the items became obsolete, as I needed them for a one time event. Although it seemed to have been an issue with the shipping company, 4imprint still took full responsibility and issued me a full refund on my order. They were very kind and very efficient.

We ordered some promotional products for an event we were having. We received the products printed in the incorrect color (black not white). I contacted the company on a Tuesday and told them that we needed them corrected and sent to us by Friday, as our event was Friday. I received the tracking numbers on Thursday and they didn't even send them overnight with a morning delivery. They shipped on Wednesday ground shipping. They gave me the wrong set of tracking numbers and didnt even have the audacity to acknowledge their error. This company is not looking out for their clientele.

We have requested for the last 3-4 months, to stop this company from sending at least 100 catalogs per month to employees of our company to no avail. They just keep finding more employees names and sending more catalogs. This is a horrible waste of paper and money. 99% of the people who receive these catalogs, have no authority to purchase anything. Our recycle bins are filling up and people are upset that this company does not respect anyone's request to stop
sending catalogs. We have faxed, emailed and called to remove specific names from their mailing list. They do not remove and they keep adding more names and sending more catalogs.

4imprint worked with us through several projects and their products and customer care are superior. When one product didn't turn out like we expected, they remade the order at no charge. The speed of service is outstanding. They bend over backward to accommodate our deadlines. I highly recommend 4imprint.com.
