I am rejecting this response because:According to the company, the fees being billed are for services provided by Dr. G[redacted]. The person who simply approached the room and asked the reason for my visit and when told that I was awaiting Dr. F[redacted], responded that he was going to phone Dr. F[redacted] to find out if there were any instructions----did not return to the room nor was there any further communication or sight of him for the duration of my visit. Hence, Dr. G[redacted] should not have billed my insurance company for services he did not provide and in addition, sought payment via any deductible assigned by the insurance carrier. No doctor should be paid for services not rendered-----unjust enrichment. In their response, the services claimed provided were all inflated as I had a colonoscopy done on 6/23/16 at which time all the tests mentioned were completed, alleviating the need for any such test to be duplicated on 6/27/16. Furthermore, upon my arrival, registration was informed that Dr. F[redacted] instructed me to meet him there and the reasons were quite clear, and I reiterate, voided the purpose of executing unwarranted tests. While South Nassau submitted bills for the emergency room, additionally, Dr. G[redacted] has requested payment for his personal services which HE DID NOT PROVIDE---an action I consider disconcerting.[redacted]
