I have order on 26/1 110551818 and I email to customer's sevice to confirm the order and find the tracking order on 29/1. There is no response until 26/2.

Review: Placed an order on 2/28/14 with this company. On 3/5/14 they deducted the money from my account for the order. I have called their phone number and chosen every option on the menu and it always takes me to a queue to hold for a few minutes then it states to leave a message. I have also emailed. I have had no response from the company. My order status is processing. I am concerned as there is no customer service representatives available during their posted business hours, no matter what option I choose on their phone menu.Desired Settlement: To speak to someone about this order, or have my credit acct refunded and cancel the order.

Review: I ordered replacement wheels for a Rolator, online, which I received on January 14th. I realized that the wheels were the incorrect ones for the Rolator even though the information online made them appear to be the correct model. I attempted to make contact with customer service on Monday, January 20 at 4:55 PM. I reached a message that offered me several options to reach someone . I chose 4 for customer service. The message said "this is a general voice mail box Please leave a detailed message and we will return you call." I left a message including my phone number. I didn't get a reply call so on Friday, January 24th I called again. This time I chose to dial 1, 2, 3, 4, and any other number they said to reach someone. Strangely, each one went to the exact same general voice mail box. I still haven't received a return call from them in order to find out how to return this product and get my refund. The number I dialed fro them is [redacted].

On the invoice that came with the product there is a order contact: [redacted]. I attempted to contact through that and my computer gave me this message. "website does not require authentication.This may be an attempt to trick you". Therefore I didn't proceed on this site.Desired Settlement: I need to know how to return this product and get a refund for my mother to the card that we used to purchase this with.

Review: several messages have been left on the answering machine since this company refuses to answer phone calls. No messages have been returned and no interest in customer satisfaction has been expressed.Desired Settlement: a refund since the product was misrepresented and failed to provide the product desired.

Review: On February 19, 2013, I submitted an order to the 4MD website.

I received my order, but 1/3 of the order was missing.

On February 27, I emailed 4MD to find out why 1/3 of my order was missing. They said that one of the items I had purchased was no longer in stock. They said I could wait until June to have the item shipped, or they could refund my money. I opted to wait until June.

On July 19, I emailed the company to find out why I had not received the item. I never received a response. A few weeks later, I submitted an email on the 4MD website, but never received a response.

In January 2014, I called to find out what was going on. They said they didn't know what was going on, but they would find out and get back to me. They never did.Desired Settlement: I want a refund check mailed to me for the amount I paid for the item and shipping and handling.

Review: I placed my order on April 1, 2014. My subtotal was $124.12 and I was charged $19.99 for shipping. Two days later, I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. When I called the company I was told by [redacted] that my order had been cancelled because they do not ship to Hawaii.Desired Settlement: I would like my original order fulfilled and delivered as placed

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as they do not intend to charge me any additional shipping cost or my order exceeds the original total cost . My original shipping cost was $19.99 and the original total was $134.11. I truly appreciate the Revdex.com's assistance in this matter. Thank you again.
