I ordered the small power supply but before I received it my home burned down in the Wolsey fire. They went out of their way to make sure I got my order. I ended up in a small travel trailer on my property and for the first two months no electricity. Thank god for my power cell that recharged with the sun I was able to recharge my cell phone. It worked like a charm. I also a year previously ordered their survival food but it burned up in the fire. I love this company
No idea where ordered item is
Ordered a cell phone charger on 3/16/20. Have no idea if it has been shipped, if it hasn't been shipped, if there is a delay,or what the problem is. Haven't been given an invoice number orvany other pertinent information

Because of this, we have seen a tremendous increase in demand for our Survival Food, which is causing delays in shipping these orders.
We are working around the clock with multiple suppliers to produce and ship these orders. As soon as we receive the food at our warehouse, we are packaging it and shipping as quickly as possible. All orders are being shipped in the order in which they are received.
As of now, you should expect to receive your order 21-28 days after you placed it. We realize this is not ideal. Despite this delay, we are shipping faster than most of the other options out there. The Coronavirus has caused a country-wide shortage of survival food.
Rest assured, you will get a shipment notification the moment your order leaves our warehouse. We promise to get you your order as fast as we can.

I have tried the food, it's Great! I also have the portable Water filter. At our old house we had to put it to use twice to have drinkable water until our system was repaired.....
Have purchased their products off and on for several years now. They have always been reliable and great quality in everything I've purchased. They have some very innovative products and keep hammering the old Boy Scout motto of "Be Prepared".
In the last 15 months I had two of my teenage Grandkids get their drivers license. I purchased their portable solar power cell flashlights for each of them to keep in the glove boxes of their cars. Had a conversation with each of them about being prepared. Great opportunity for me to have the one-on-one talk with them about safety and handling the unknowns of driving.
Both have told me they have used their special flashlight already (charging their cell phone, etc.).

This company has a lot of inovative ideas and products.
Four solar cell phone chargers arrived well packed and in a timely manner. All four perform as advertised. Hubby, sister, granddaughter, and nephew happy with having something to charge their phones with when the power goes out or when hiking and camping in remote areas. No problems with products, delivery, or payment.
I have found the merchandise I've ordered to be as advertised and the customer service to be helpful and friendly.
So sorry folks have had problems. I do think some have may have accidentally ordered items or changed their minds. I have ordered 3 generators, food and other items and have never had a problem.
I have had excellent results with 4 Patriots. I have ordered and returned with a fast and accurate refund several items. I think their products are good quality if somewhat higher priced than I would like. Will continue to do business with them.
I bought 2 portable (cell phones, tablets) solar chargers. They arrived on time, charged up quickly using household electrical power and charged my portable equipment flawlessly. What is amazing is that sitting on a table which was not directly in front of a window fully replenished itself in a few hours. They now reside in my "go"bag.
Products work as advertised, good quality, great packaging and quick delivery. Also friendly and helpful on the phone.
