Review: I purchased two pairs of shoes. One was on sale; the other not on sale. The cashier stated sale shoes are final sale. I nodded in agreement. The following day I decided to return the non sale item due to tightness. When I stated my reason for returning the shoes, I was informed that ALL shoes are final sale. I referred to the receipt which states"No returns or exchanges on sale,accessories,jewelry,beauty products,home goods and lingerie." the first part of return policy states...."All merch must be returned in original conditions w/in 7 days for full refund. exchanges w/in 2weeks at current ticketed price". I referred to the return policy and informed her that no where does it refer to shoes. she stated shoes are accessories. I asked if I could have a store credit, as a compromise, she remained silent...then stated"I'm sorry." I referred her to some wise words that my Mother gave me and used on occasion,"this is why people don't shop in neighborhood stores, poor customer relations" She just proved that!!Desired Settlement: Now, I will only settle for a complete refund!! I don't want a store credit because I will never shop there again!
