Review: I was paying this company for what I thought was a mortgage loan modification to my mortgage company. My home was foreclosed and I was evicted. I paid this company each month for approximately 2 years. The representative seemed to be on my side at first--even to the point of saying that the mortgage company foreclosed unlawfully. I now realize that it is illegal for companies to charge homeowners money before the home is actually saved. I am a 67 year old woman who lost 30 years of her life, including my car.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of all monies paid for services.

Review: My home was going into foreclosure .Found this company.a Rep came out talk to me and told me what it cost would be to stop foreclosure.. for over a year he had me to believe that home was under legal concerns and that everything was going in away that I can keep my home...around 2012 he called and said everything was OK I won my case.that the mortgage company put me on a modification loan and I need to began paying first payment in October.for months was paying mortgage to come and find out nothing was true.traced money orders given and the Rep was cashing them and the mortgage company wasn't receiving any thing.called Rep and could never contact again.Desired Settlement: I'm a disable female and I don't have money to give away..and at the end I lost my home and my money
