I have used 4SmartPhone for approximately a decade and have finally reached my limit On multiple occasions, internal changes locked me out of my account Unable to reach any customer service for days either by phone or email Extremely poor customer service and very poor on-line instructions Would not recommend this business

I have been a customer of 4smartphone.net for many years without problemI used them as a hosted exchange server I upgraded my outlook and it required a newer version of exchange I contacted support and they told me it could be upgraded in a few days weeks later it had not been upgraded and I opened a support ticket to inquire on the status I received no follow up to multiple support tickets, emails, and calls All support calls went to voice mail and were not returned I cancelled my business

Emails being bounced consistently - lost customers because of this. Support completely useless and unresponsive. Cancelled account and haven't had even a confirmation email from them. Terrible.
