To whom it may concern at the Revdex.com:This is a response to the notice we received at 4th and Brooklyn Studio regarding a complaintAs theowner I have asked the employee involved to address a response, as I was not involved in the dispute.These are her words, and I fully support her.On June 3rd,
the customer involved bought a one month eyebrow threading membership for$that ended on July 3rd, 2016On June 14th he came into my work on my day offHe was told I wasn't working that day and hecontinued to sit in the waiting area for about forty minutes then leftHe did not get a service, as I'm theonly person at the salon who had him as a client.On July 16th as I was threading his eyebrows, he said "I like that you make it hurt so good whenyou thread my eyebrows because you're such a pretty girl"He had said strange things before, I hadasked him to not give me "compliments"I was so shocked that I could not address that issue at thattimeI decided that it would make me feel uncomfortable to continue our business agreement.On June 21st,He came in again and loitered at my work even after my co-worker told him I wasnot working that day.On June 22nd, I was the only one at work and did not know how he would respond to me askinghim not to come backI told him I was fully booked that day and to come another dayHe asked mehow I was doingI responded with a short fine, how are you? He said "hot and bothered" with a bigsmile on his face.On June 23rd I asked that we speak outsideI told him I was not ok with him continuing to come infor service and explained whyI gave him a refund for his membership and showed him the receipt onmy phone, (I did not want to send a receipt because I did not want him to have my contact information.He did not ask for a copy) I also said that I didn't feel it was appropriate to come by when I wasn't there,especially when he was aware of the hours I workThis was difficult because he was a regular client, buthis comments and actions were becoming erraticHe responded with an apology, I went inside andassumed the matter was closedHe continued to sit outside, rolled up in a ball staring inside, then afteran hour he finally left.It should be noted that I never said anything to him about sexually offending me or anyone at thesalon, as he is quoted in his statementThis was not an easy decision but the inappropriate nature of hisvisits were escalatingI stand behind my actions and have proof of a financial refund.Attached is a copy of the receipt, I know that this is the right receipt because that was the onlymembership that was bought on June 3rd, The money was issued out of my accountHe did receivea service during the one month membership and I still refunded the full $on June 23rd If youhave any questions feel free to contact myself.Sincerely, MrsM***
