Ms***, As a follow up to our earlier conversation regarding the above referenced claim, I did authorize a day courtesy extension with payment in advance to Mr*** for his Storage Unit this week This day extension should give him ample time to make arrangements to move his belongings to another location before the May expiration and we will not extend again for any reason It is in no way acceptance of his prior actions or disregard of the contract.Thank you, Kimberly ** ***Property Manager

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.4th & Elm Storage is a new Storage facility that cares only about their Better Business Rating, but seems too not be making to much moneySo that tells me in my mind; that they also careless about who is renting storage spaceOf course I was seen on camera there's cameras all around the unitsThere's only two people that work there and they work days a week 8-hours a dayThey sit around making no money for their Business, but milking the e-payroll systemAs a customer/consumer its part of my job to watch my money and how I invest my moneyMy take on 4th & Elm Storage-they can get two thumbs down for poor service.Regards,
