Review: On 3/**/14, I purchased a laptop from electronics, within weeks the curser pad failed to work . Also we tried to connect a printer and a message appeared stating that the program in the laptop, could not except the printer without first updating the laptop. We took it back to the store, and was first told that I must have downloaded a virus in it, then stated I had to upgrade the laptop. I began complaining about our having to spend funds to fix and or upgrade a laptop that I just brought for $380.00. The Store held the laptop for one day and returned it without fixing it. The broken curser was not discussed at all even after our repeatedly pointing it out.Desired Settlement: I feel that after spending that sum, they should be more supportive of fixing defective products they sell. I am of the thought that they sold me a reconditioned laptop although they failed to state that at the time of the sale, and I feel they should replace the laptop, insure it works, and I don't have to spend more money to upgrade the laptop.
