I wanted to contact you regarding the above referenced case #. 4th Dimension has completed the job and has made it right. They have apologized to me more than once and I believe they really felt very bad. The siding I ordered was a special type and they were unfamiliar with the product. I have noticed that they have many 5 star reviews and are a good company. My complaint was made out of pure frustration and, especially with the upcoming holidays, my home looked terrible only half sided. Again, I do want to say that this company has made it right and seems to be a very respectable company and feel very bad about my job. I am very satisfied with my siding and the fact that the company deducted some of what I owed off my bill, helped to ease my frustration. It is finished and it looks very nice.
The issue has been resolved and I am very satisfied with the results.
