On April 27th I received a bill from Coastal Healthcare's collections department for a balance due of $I called and spoke with Patty about this billI told her that I have never received a bill or was I ever notified of any past due balance I asked her when the services were rendered and she said March 8th which is days from servicesShe told me this bill was for doctor services I called the doctor's office on April 28th and they told me that they did not issue me a bill as of yet, so where do they get off ruining my credit for a bill that was never generated

Hindsight I would go with someone else They were the most expensive with the promise of the great support provided by the exclusive Home Owner's Network The Network was supposed to help me moving over utilities, etc., but no one got back to me after submitting an email form until I called and they were still not helpful I wound up doing everything myselfAND, the inspector missed the most important thing - the fact that my AC doesn't work; that the coils are rusted and leaking That's $out of my pocket off the bat Since home inspectors don't have to be licensed in MD, find someone cheaper and without all of the pretense

I can put this very simply. If there is reason for another home inspection for us we would go directly to 4 U Home. Our recent experience with Allan, home inspector employed by 4 U Home was of a perfect nature. Alan was thorough, knowledgable, informative and intuned to our needs as the future property owner of house, outbuildings, fencing of a nearly 22 acre property.

4U performed an inspection of our new home in August 2016. My wife and I are first time single family home buyers and know just north of the minimum to perform basic maintenance. Our inspector was patient and explained to us everything that was wrong, how serious it was, and what the appropriate remedy was. We would definitely recommend 4U to friends and family.

Update: A few days after moving in I noticed a strange smell and saw some discoloration on the wood floor in the basement. I called 4U up and asked if we could schedule a mold inspection. Alan, the lead inspector, drove out himself for the follow up. He saw nothing that suggested mold so we agreed to try a dehumidifier before proceeding. In addition to saving me the cost of the mold inspection Alan charged nothing for the visit! With customer service like that you'd be crazy to go somewhere else for your home inspection needs.

4U home did an excellent job in my house inspection. They were thorough and very professional, taking their time and addressing my concerns. Jim, our inspector, is a credit to the company. I would recommend 4U Home to anyone who has to get their home inspected.
