not use others. Second one about callus. We ask customer before we choose the kind of service and charge also every time. Our store use special tools and gel to remove callus. His callus is really thickness. It is so hard to remove clean without strength. Because of the customer's require, my staff must scraped callus softer than previously to avoid injuring him. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The letter doesn't make sense to me. There isn't an offer to resolve the matter amicably. They're not taking any responsibility for the way I was treated, their unsatisfactory service and not honoring the card I still have in my possession. In addition, the person who saw me said she just started there. So I know nothing about her being there for four years. Regards, [redacted]
