When she came in, she was told that when you schedule the spray you can get either $off the spray or a free can of the product The add does not say no purchase necessary, therefore it must be inferred that a purchase must be made in order for the coupon to be valid

According to the response given by the business, she IS IMPLYING THAT YOU MUST MAKE A PURCHASE because she stated"WHEN YOU SCHEDULE THE SPRAY" you can get either $off the spray or a free can of the product SO those words "WHEN YOU SCHEDULE THE SPRAY" means to me that you must make an appt to get the spray done, which is considered "MAKING A PURCHASE." I do not want to "SCHEDULE THE SPRAY"or PAY FOR A SPRAY...ALL I WANT IS MY FREE CAN OF SPRAYIf they can not offer me a FREE can of spray w/o having to "SCHEDULE A SPRAY," then I will not be happy with their business' answer
