paperwork inside of the camper for him if he would like that and he said that would be fine. If he wanted a bill of sale faxed all he had to do was ask and we would have been happy to do so.
Im sorry for the fact that Mr. [redacted] was taken by the shipper that he had hired and paid before he ever did the job.
When [redacted] had spoken to Mr. [redacted] she was informed that the shipper would be picking up the camper on Sunday morning which was 8/9/15. By 8/9/15 the camper was sitting out front ready to go just like we had promised.
Yes it is true I talked to Mt [redacted] on 8/8/15 and told him the the water lines had cracks in them from the camper not being winterized. I offered to pay for them to be fixed but I wanted to make him aware of the problem that way he wasnt shocked when he got the camper.
I did offer to refund the money after the camper was sold. The camper did end on line but the purchaser never showed up for the unit. The camper has been re-listed since then.

The way you can tell Phillip is being dishonest is...the very hour before the transporter was due to arrive, Phillip called to tell the pipes were all busted and he did not know the extent of the damage, which means he falsely advertised the RV saying everything was checked, because pipes do not freeze in July. The same conversation he was advised the transporter would be there in one hour. Tabatha was also spoken to earlier in the day and was told it could be picked up Saturday after 5. Phillip refused to send the bill of sale which is also untrue. Why after several weeks was it so hard for them to have it ready to go? Phillip is involved in bad business practices.
Phillip already relisted the RV and it sold, regardless of what shady business he had with someone else, I wish to have my money refunded immediately.

Mr. [redacted] dropped off his trailer to have the lights fixed. He was quoted [redacted] to have the lights working. We fixed the light like he asked. We did not have to change the junction box or the wiring harness because nothing was wrong with them....

He was charged for 1 hours worth of labor which is [redacted] After he inspected the trailer he said that wasn't good enough and that he wanted the trailer brought back to factory specs. Trailer was then brought back to factory specs. New bill came out to be [redacted] for a total of [redacted] Mr [redacted] has not even seen the work that was done on the trailer. Mr. [redacted] has never been in contact with us about his complaint of the price. The only way we found out about his complaint was when we got the email from the Revdex.com. We have tried twice to contact him since the complaint was filed. A return call from him was made on 5/18/17 . We spoke with the consumer today about his complaints. We offered to remove [redacted] from his bill if he would come and actually look at the trailer himself. He told us that he is not able to pick up the unit and he wont pay over [redacted] His bill is [redacted] of which [redacted] is still due.

I was contacted to let me know that my trailer was finished. I returned the phone call and was informed that the price for repairs was [redacted] I asked for an explanation to why the price exceeded the quoted amount and they directed me to the service technician who performed the work. He was unavailable and would return my phone call within a couple minutes. His return call came three hours later and I was unavailable to take it at the time. The original quote was to include a new wiring harness along with fixing the light. The company representative that I spoke with read over the original quote that was submitted and it clearly states to replace the wiring harness. I am unwilling to pay more than what I was quoted due to communication errors within their company. The reason I have been unavailable to inspect the trailer is currently my wife is hospitalized and has been since May 2nd. I had the co owner inspect the trailer for me in my absence.

I spoke with [redacted] on May 19th at 4:10pm and we agreed on the original price quote of [redacted] of which I have already paid [redacted] My remaining balance is [redacted] and that will be paid as soon as the Revdex.com clears the complaint.

We spent close to 15 minutes on the phone yesterday with the consumer. He spoke to the owner directly. After he was done speaking to the owner he was then passed to the service technician who actually worked on the trailer. He was explained what was done to the trailer and why the price was what it was.. During the phone call the consumer told our technician that he hasn't even seen the trailer himself.
We have already discounted the labor if the consumer himself come to pick the trailer and inspects it. He said he will not be picking it up himself. His new bill is [redacted] if he would like to get his trailer himself.
