5 Burro Cafe

This is my go-to place for their frozen margaritas, the strawberry one. The drink is perfect, and it is worth trying. It never disappoints me whenever I dine here. I paired it with my all-time favorite steak tacos, and they are top-tier. The staff are accommodating and making sure that their customers are having the best of their time there.

In order to respond I will have to do further investigation into the situation as I was not present at the time of this event. I take all complaints seriously however, after 27 years in business, I know there are not one or 2 but usually 3 sides to every story. somewhere within, lies the truth. We...

are an extremely busy restaurant with 1 1/2 to 2 hour waits most evenings. We do try to turn the tables as quickly as possible to accommodate everyone that is waiting. I would have to say that the majority of our patrons understand that and are very cooperative when asked to switch tables or to move to the bar to finish drinks to make tables available for diners. As far as the bathroom incident, I will have to ask the person in question. As far as gratuity, yes, it is stated on the menu parties of 5 or more and we use it at our discretion and ONLY for 5 or more. Never for less than 5. I am sorry [redacted] had a bad experience. The $118 is not an issue for me. However, if she takes the ref und I would expect that she never return to 5 Burro Cafe. Unfortunately, hospitality is not the easiest business to be in and although we try and have a damn good track record, you can't win them all. Sincerely, Marla A.
