This customer indeed has cars and household goods moved from Puerto Rico to Marylandwhich came in different container allUpon arrival of vehicle (Husbands which arrived first) we notified customer of cost of Inspection/ Documentation fee which he sent his money order out we received and
delivered vehicle, her vehicle arrived second but there has been mechanical issues which has delayed delivery and payment on Inspection/Documentation fee hasn't been paid as of this day 8/4/she mailed payment but hasn't arrived. our company uses independent transporters to deliver vehicle to customers sending tru our companyhousehold goods was delivered yesterday 8/3/and customer did not want to pay for the Inspection/Documentation fee upon arrival to our drivers eitherthis customer has been called several times regarding vehicle as wellis has been brought to her attention if there happens to be any damages on her HHG there will be a Damage report filed and will be process through our Claims Deptas in any other companywe apologized to her several time for any inconvenience she's had encountered thru this move but at times customers don't understand
