"It was nothing we did wrong to cause the death of your dog." I then asked him "Have you ever trusted someone and dropped your dog off for a simple surgery and received a call that your dog died and they would not be coming home?" He responded "No." He told me there is nothing they could do and they have nothing to hideHe then told me "most people would have charged you for the spay surgery, but we didn't." I told him "Yes, because my dog died." He then responded, "Oh, did your dog really die?" Do not take your pet here
