*** joined Five Seasons Family Sports Club on
7/7/and signed a month agreement.On August 31, she sent an email to our Office
Manager, Rhonda O***, asking what she needed to do to cancel her
membership. That email was forwarded to
Autumn S*** in our Membership Office.
Autumn responded by telling *** that her
membership could not be canceled until 7/31/because it was an annual
membership. Autumn offered to allow a
‘freeze’ to be put on the account at a cost of $per month.*** responded saying that the ‘freeze’
wouldn’t work for her because she was moving out of the state and needed to
know what other options she hadAutumn responded that *** would need to
‘email a billing statement or mailing that has her new address or a job
offer’. That is the last time that
Autumn heard from *** so the billing continued and the account is still
active.The Revdex.com ‘Customer Experience Information Sheet”
provided lists ***’s address as *** *** *** *** ***. This is the same address that
*** listed on her membership account.
So, it appears that she has not relocated as she has claimed
Without proper relocation information, we can not terminate
our agreement and do not owe *** a refund
If *** sends us the proof of a new out of town address,
