We had star appliance come out to evaluate our wine fridge They took our $check with the plan being they would schedule a followup appointment to take the wine fridge out and evaluate the cooling system/freon After multiple phone calls and messages they never called us back and never came back to perform any service We called, left messages and emailed and they refused to reimburse us for the $ I would never use them again and do not recommend anyone else doing so
