Mr [redacted] purchased a car from us as he was going through a bankruptcy With the funding process, they go through their schedules and statements Nobody knew that he had a court order to pay child support He said he had a court order within the last days stating he would no longer have to pay child support, since he has joint custody We sent this to the lender, and they funded the loan Roughly a week later, the issue regarding us selling him a car illegally came up We spoke to the lender and asked him to communicate with his HR department to see if he had to pay child support We sent all the documents to the AG's office showing we had supporting documents of what he had stated at time of purchase He sent in the unpleasant remarks per email, then blaming it on his coworkers I told the folks here that we could send him the title certified mail so he wouldn't have to pick it up We could not send the extra keys thru the mail or else they could get ruined, so he would have to pick them up He wouldn't talk to us, but emailed us stating he only got one certified mail receipt that he received a letter He picked it up on 9/and signed off that he finally picked up the title I sent him a letter to the AG making this all clear He might have made a fraudulent document regarding his child support If he chooses not to have extra features (GAP insurance, etc.) on his contract, they are cancellable If he made this decision, he could cancel at any time and it would come right off the loan If he keeps going on with this, I will have to go with legal remedies to verify the documents he has provided us

Star told me that in order to obtain a car loaner, I would have to contact Revdex.com and retract my complaintThis conversation took place 8/21/I told them to reply to the email you send stating they have resolved the issue by providing a loaner until my car is fixedI will be satisfied. *** ***

We want to resolve Ms***'s issues. She bought a car from us. She has referred a couple of her friends/family members to buy cars as well. From the time of delivery to the time she brought it in, she has put approximately 7,miles on it. There was no communication
between our sales and service departments. If there is a brake issue, I want to take care of them. If there is an issue with tires, I can look at those too. I would like her to bring the car in here so we can take a look at it. The other lady she is referring to bought her car that same day, as the car she bought had never been serviced. I do want to take care of Ms***

please find attached everything I sent to Mr. [redacted] on Monday 10/30/2017 at 11:25am, it includes everything he asked for, The check was sent to [redacted]but they say it can take up to 5 business days to post. I sent the info to the email I received from the Revdex.com and what Mr. [redacted] gave me.  Please forward this info to him and feel free to have him call if he has any more questions.  sincerely [redacted]

The customer came in and received a oil change, after completing the lube tech topped off her engine fluids including window washer reservoir. As the customer stated the washer reservoir started leaking, at that point our master tech came over and did a through inspection from the top of the engine...

compartment and stated that the way that the washer reservoir is mounted there is no access to it from the top other then to fill and he had to detach the inner fender well cover to see that there was a crack 2/3rd's of the way up the reservoir, he stated that this normally happens from expansion due to lack of the blue fluid in cold weather, to much water.  No maintenance was preformed near the reservoir and with the crack tucked away in the engine compartment it is very clear that our service department wasn't the cause. Based on the facts in hand we will not be replacing her washer reservoir.

When Mr. [redacted] took delivery of 2016 fusion on 3-14-2017 he stated on his application that he was a full time employee for [redacted] School district.  When our lender verified employment with [redacted] HR Department they stated that he was a temporary as needed employee, not a full time...

permanent employee.  We reached out to [redacted] also and spoke to the hr department a couple times and the gave us the same answer.  For over a week we told Mr. [redacted] he would to bring the car back because the contract had been returned because of lack of permanent employment.  He kept telling us he would have right person contact the lender.  Every time the lender spoke to someone they were told the same , he is not a permanent employee.  We asked him one more time to bring the car back and he never did.  We finally had no choice but to recover the vehicle.  The last thing we wanted to see was Mr. [redacted] not be able to keep the the car.  The cost to recover, service and detail well exceeded the original 250.00 down payment.  No refund will be issued.  [redacted] General Manager

This complaint was with their Finance company not 5 Star Auto Plaza.  If you have any further questions please let me know. Sincerely,  [redacted] GM

Mr. [redacted] is correct the young lady in the office did leave the company and unfortunately she had canceled the wrong service contract before she left.  The correct service contract has been cancelled and will be forwarded to the finance company.  I have left a message for Mr. [redacted] to...

call us to help them get everything corrected.  At the time of totaled loss they should of filed a claim with the gap insurance company which hasn't been done at this time. We take pride in expediting all cancellations for our customers and clearly this was not done properly for our customer who even came back and gave us the opportunity too sell them a second vehicle. Please have Mr. [redacted] contact us so we can make this right for them.            Sincerely,  [redacted]                          General Manager

Ms. [redacted]'s car was brought in and her issues are being addressed, the car will be fixed and ready for her mid to late week.  The limited warranty she has covers the internal parts of the motor and transmission but we will be taking care of anything outside of the limited warranty that...

needed to be address at this time with no cost to her.  She has owned the vehicle for almost 2 months and we are taking care of her concerns.

They submitted a fraudulent, altered paystub.  We did not know this, and sent it to the lender who caught it.  The lender asked for further proof of income.  When that was sent in, it showed they had changed the date from a paystub from 2013.  Fraud was committed so we asked them...

to return the vehicle.  I told them we could pursue legal remedies or simply part ways, and they chose to part ways.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: after talking to general manager [redacted] , I was assured he would take care of this complaint. he told me he would overnight balance owed on loan to [redacted] and send me copy of check. he would also send me copies of service contract and gap insurance contract as we have not received copies from dealership or providers after multiple requests. I would like complete copies of both contracts not just cover page. my loan co.  [redacted] has not received payoff as was promised a week ago. I still have not received copies of contracts , copies of checks, from balance owed, and copies of checks as to where funds from service contract went.  if these are legit contracts then it should not be a problem to send a complete copy of all pages. if funds were returned from service contract where are copies of checks to parties refunded? we have been dealing with this since June 14th and would think a business in good standing would take better care of their customers. its been six months , how long does a matter like this take to resolve. thank you [redacted]
Sincerely,
[redacted]

[redacted] bought a vehicle from us in April.  A few weeks back, she called into the dealership saying her car wouldn't start.  They asked if she checked her battery, etc. and she said yes.  We found out she was financed thru Diamond and the vehicle was equipped with a GPS device.  We...

found out she was not making her payments, so the vehicle had been shut off.  Apparently she owned the lender money and came here into the dealership screaming and yelling at everyone.  She made a verbal threat saying she knows how to take care of people like us and would have somebody follow us home, then she left.  My service manager reached out to her.  Apparently she paid enough money to the finance company for the GPS but the car wouldn't start.  My service told her we could have the vehicle towed, but if it is the battery, she would have to pay for the tow and the battery.  Sure enough, it needed a new battery.  We put a new one in there and it started.  Afterwards, her mother, [redacted], reached out to me and apologized for the way her daughter had conducted herself to all my employees.  I basically said we would have to call law enforcement next time she steps on our property, since no one needs to behave as she did.  She said she would make the payments so she could get the car, then make things right with the finance company.  Her mom came in very professionally and politely and left with the keys and the car.  The whole issue was with the finance company.  We specifically told her ahead of time, if it is the battery, she would have to make the payments.
