Asphalt Paving and Maintenance (Gene and Angela Williams) have provided paving and repair services for the streets in our neighborhood for about years This has included chip-seal paving, repaving from base up, seal coating some driveways, asphalt patching for street edges and potholes, and re-striping parking lots as needed Gene personally reviews the work to be done and provides an estimate which has not varied from the completed price charged unless we added work during the process The estimates have included all details needed (locations, size of paving or repairs, and materials to be used) The bids can be broken down by specific work to be done so you can review costs and determine and choose priorities as needed Each year they have always met the quoted start and end dates for work to be done within a few days and always communicates schedules or problems promptly as needed We highly recommend them for all paving and street repair needs --Lost Springs Ranch Board of Directors
