I am rejecting this response because: This was a completely unprofessional experience. They stove was not even turned back on to check after they completed the initial appt. *** *** the president had to come back out, and said that should have been done. ALso, he had to come back out, because after Northeastern chimney came out the first time, the stove was inoperable as the didn't even reconnect the back. Only after numerous days and emails was the conditional credit offered. But, with the poor customer service, and not doing the job correctly I don't think a credit towards future cleanings is even remotely fair. I think for the amount of time and energy I had to spend on this a full refund is more then fair, and It seems the company is ok with that if you are in agreement.

personally spoke with the customer, [redacted] on November 21st.  He was charged for the agreed upon emergency same day service call, which is $249 + tax.  The customer agreed to the charge prior to arrival.  Upon arrival we prepared a complete inspection and determined the chimney was unable to be cleaned, and provided a proposal for repairs that were necessary to bring the chimney up to code.  As a courtesy to the customer and to ensure 100% satisfaction (as if our policy) we issue [redacted] a full refund, and the matter is considered closed.   Please let me know if you need any additional information.    Regards,   [redacted]   [redacted]

[redacted]  I personally spoke with the customer, [redacted] on multiple occasions.  The cleaning completed was for the flue, and not the pellet stove itself, as was explained to the customer.  We offered a credit of $179.73 for use towards a future product or service, but the customer declined the offer.  We feel we were quite reasonable, however if the Revdex.com determines we are required to refund his amount, as to avoid a negative mark on our record, we will do so.  We take great pride in our customer service, reputation and customer satisfaction.   Please let me know if you need any additional information.    Regards,

the fee is for the process of doing all the paperwork.We even told them that if they did not want to purchase the vehicle that it was OK. The customer decoded to proceed wit the sale. Review: Went to the dealer to purchase a car, put down a $100 deposit while they ran my credit over night. Next day I decided that it was too costly and did no longer want it. I went there again and asked for check or cash on the spot. I was told the day prior by the sales man that they never keep deposits and they have a good reputation for that, clearly not the case. When I asked for check/cash on the spot, the dealer refused and said that their business manager was not there at the moment and leaves at 3 PM. He also said he would notify the general manager ([redacted]) and tell the business operations manager to send out a check as soon as possible. I call the next week and they said that they mailed out a check and that I should be getting it in a week. After not receiving it in the said date, I call again and the sales man hangs up on me continuously every time I call. I've called over 15 times in the past month and I still cannot come to a resolution with these people, they have a TERRIBLE business practice and it is unbelievable that anyone can deal with them.Desired Settlement: Refund of $100 Deposit.
