On February 14, 2020 I selected a wig that was advertised as 74.99. I noticed that the price on the box in stock was incorrect and had the old price of 84.99. The salesperson advises me to inform the cashier of the correct price. When I got to the register, the cashier refused to correct the price and told me that I can purchase a wig that had been worn for 74.99. I advise the cashier that this isn't fair and there are diseases that affect hair loss that can be transferred when sharing products such as wigs, combs, brushes etc. and he didn't care.
Store Credit I wish to receive store credit for difference.
A little explanation about the customer issue. A lot of times wigs that are on display be marked down because not all customers want to pay the full price for them. Of course if the wig on display is marked down because of whatever the case is always the packed wig will be the regular price. The customer didn't want the display wig she wanted the wig in the pack that's why she was charged the regular price she was not overcharged
