Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.This complaint has been resolved The business offered to reimburse for the loss in fundsThank you, [redacted]

As stated previously paint should never peel off, she has the following options: 1.If the paint is original Honda will repair the defective paint and it still should be under warranty. 2.Request a Honda factory rep to look at it, if the dealer refused to take care of it. 3. Go to any reputable Body shop and get their opinion 4. Contact your insurance company and have them fight it out with us. All we did was wash the car, there was no negligence from us, so therefore we will not pay for the bumper to be repainted period. Defective paint peels off anything: cars, houses, bridges etc. This is no different. just common sense.

Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because [redacted] wrote on a piece of paper that I have in my possession that the damage to the paint occurred during the wash processI have photos of the car from their cameras showing the paint on the car was not damaged and photos of my car after the it came out of the car wash with paint damageThere is no way to prove that the paint is defectiveI took the car to Honda and they looked at and said they don't have defective paintSincerely, [redacted]

This person came into our facility and purchased a full service car wash. This service includes vacuuming the interior with the requirement to move the front seats forward to vacuum under them. This is what our customers expect and what she paid for. There was no negligence from our employees that...

caused a malfunction of her seat. Furthermore this customer actually moved her seat back herself after the wash and then complained that somehow we did something. More than likely it is something simple like a fuse, Because there is no negligence on our part we will not reimburse her for a diagnostic report. If she can provide a reasonable explanation on how we cause the problem, we are willing to listen. So far this was not provided, therefore we consider this matter closed.

The paint peeled off in our wash process, because it it was defective. Paint should never peel off period. There was no negligence on our part and nothing impacted the vehicle, we just washed the car. I suggested that she go to Honda and have them look at it. If the paint is original they should...

cover the cost. The 2012 Civic should still have the original paint warranty in effect. I think that the paint warranty goes for 7 years. When I inspected the vehicle myself and confirmed the paint was peeling to such an extent that it could be peeled off in a sheet by hand. This is not in any way the fault of the car wash. We wash hundreds of cars a day with no problems. However, a few times a year this comes up because of defective paint, which we can not control. it does take a certain amount of friction to wash a car. Any car wash would do the same thing.  She can go to any good body shop and they will say the same thing. So we will take no liability for this issue.

Review: I took my vehicle to this car wash on May 21st, 2013. When my car exited the wash there was very visible damage to the front driver side hubcap. I know the damage was not there when it entered the car wash because I was looking at the driver side of the vehicle as it went in to the wash. There was no damage prior, clearly I would have seen it as it is highly visible. I don't know what happened inside the wash that would have caused the damage but that is where it happened. I have taken vehicles here prior, personal and work, and have never had a problem before. I took a photo of the wheel and reported the damage to the woman at the desk inside. She told me to leave my phone number, which I did, and I also emailed the business on May 22nd and May 28th with no response at all.Desired Settlement: I just want the business to cover the cost of a replacement hubcap. I have researched the cost and found a reconditioned one that costs $35. I'm not looking for anything elaborate or new, an inexpensive reconditioned hubcap is fine. It is not right that I would have to pay to fix the damage when it occurred at this business. They should have responded to my emails or called me but they have so far ignored my complaint. I am inclined to never use them again based on their no-response.

Review: I paid $22 for an "ultimate" car wash which was to include the cleaning of dash board and vacuum of car. When they finished with my "ultimate" car wash (which took less than 5 minutes to complete), my dash was still covered in dust, my cup holders still had crumbs in them, [redacted] was NOT applied to my windows, my back inside window was not cleaned, and my seats were not vacuumed. When I spoke to a manager I was told that they would "retouch" my car but in a few years I would probably just have to do it myself (all said with a rude tone, patronizing and smirking). This is by far the worst service I have received and the worst treatment I have received from a customer service representative.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and apology from the rude customer service personnel.
