5 Star Cleaning Restoration

Before Christmas I had Cirelli's clean my carpet and tile floors The tile was left with dark black splotch grout and a white film over the grout It was left very wet and when I dried it with towels they came out black so all the steam machine did was move dirt around I called him and he came out and re-did it with the same result And a 3rd time The floors looked disgusting After the 3rd time I told him I wanted a refund I had another company come, at a greater cost, to clean the tile and grout properly He told my son he would give me a refund in weeks but that time went by without a refund I contacted him and he said give him more weeks, I said one week This was over a month ago without word from him He has been working without a Business license since he let it lapse in He claimed to have a Contractor's license and has done work at other places as a contractor but does not have a Contractor's license
