Days after signing they will not provide an delivery date I signed for a used vehicle days agoThey missed delivery dates, and will not provide any more information than tomorrow I have been told it would be delivered every day this weekI have called for updates everyday, and been told tomorrow each time They never return my phone calls as promised, and I always have to call them [redacted] I don't know what to do with these guys, and just want to vehicle we agreed on [redacted] ***

Great experience from start to finish, [redacted] was really helpful and knowledgeable and helped in saving some money on our loanWould recommend to family and friends for sure

This lady called us from starShe called every minute on the minute for minsEverytime I ignored her call, thinking they'd leave a voicemail nope!!! So on the 5th call I answered "hello" I said "hi is [redacted] there" "no he's not and stop calling me" this is when she proceeded to yell at me about that's not how you answer a phoneI then hung up on herShe then called AGAIN!!!! And left me a voicemail yelling at me that she was going to keep calling because, I didn't answer her questionI have the voicemail saved and proof of the calls! This is ridiculous if I didn't answer the first or second time why keep calling, sorry lady I was in the hospital with my son!

Purchased my vehicle last December, its been great and reliable, From the stress free purchase, to ownership! Have sent many family and friends to them
