5 Star Disposal

Three weeks ago my trash wasn't collectedThe next week I called Five Star Disposal to find out what my collection day was scheduled forI got a recording saying that they had truck problems and assuring customers that their missed pick-ups would be collectedI also got a bill for another three months service, which I paidStill no trash collectionToday, another week later, their phone has a message that the voicemail box is fullI went to their office on LaCrosseIt was closed and locked, the gates were chained (during morning business hours) and there was an old UPS missed delivery tag on the doorI think they ripped me off

The cs is horribleI had to call in two wks in a row for them not picking up my trash and the receptionist was extremely rude and wanted to argue with meI had to tell her several times that I would not argue with herShe continued so I hung upAvoid their service
