5 Star HVAC Contractors

This company installed my new A/C system and it was a horrible experienceIt took days for them to finish everything, which isn't actually the problemThe problem is that they were hours late the first day and never bothered to call to let me know if they were even still coming or notThe second day they never showed up and didn't call until I contacted them first to see what was going onThe third day they got it finished and were on time but I had to leave work early days in a row to meet them and of those days were for no reasonSo I'm out at least $in lost wages in top of the price of the new systemI got a "sorry about that" type message and then was told that they doubt I had to miss that much work so there's no way I lost that much moneyThe installation team did a good job but the lack of communication and the completely disrespectful comments from the management will keep me from ever using this company again and I recommend others to take their business elsewhereAt this point I want nothing to do with this company and would not except ANY amount of money or free service as an apologyI only want to help keep other consumers from being treated so poorly so I am writing reviews anywhere I possibly can
