Bought a piece of granite but couldn't have it installed for a month. We live out of town and needed time to finish out the kitchen. We took a sample of the granite home so that we could match up backsplash which we would transport ourselves from Ohio. The installers did a good job, but came after 6pm. Should have told them to go home and come back earlier another day, but couldn't due to work. After the install, went back to Ohio to return another day. Imagine my surprise when installing the back splash that matched so well, didn't seem to look right. Thought it must be us. We returned back to Ohio. The next time we went down, we took the sample with us. Imagine our surprise when we found that it didn't match what was installed! Guess that Coastal sold the granite that we had already paid a deposit of $1000 dollars on to someone else and figured that we would never be the wiser since we were from out of town. Shame on you Pepe and coastal granite!
Ms.[redacted] purchased a vehicle from us at 02/03/2014 as we told her that her loan was with Credit Acceptance company and she had only gap insurance in that loan the .We gave her our own 3 months or 3000 miles power train warranty.Ms.[redacted]'s email was from March 10th 2014 was about her tires and it was not about engine or transmission that our limited power train could cover that tire issue that she had and she never brought her vehicle to our shop. When she called us on Nov 07th 2014 she told us about her radio and her lights. When she brought the car on following day we did assist her to fix her problem on her vehicle.
Again Ms.[redacted] was acknowledged that her warranty was expired and it was only 3 months or 3000 miles limited power train only. She was happy with our service that day and came our store and picked her vehicle.
On September the 12th my husband and I purchased a car from 5 Star Indy Auto in Noblesville, Indiana, we purchased a 2005 Infiniti G35, when we went in there we were looking to buy a car that would accommodate to $1,400.00 down, as that was all the money we had for the down payment of a car, the 2005 Infiniti was 3,500.00 down, when we signed the paperwork for this car the agreement was 1,400.00 the day of purchase and in a matter of 4 weeks I had to finish paying them 3,500.00, October 5th was the due date for the full amount, in the course of those 4 weeks we were slightly harassed by the one of the owners, he'd call us a few times a week demanding his money, he'd call my cell phone, my husband's cell phone and he also called my job a couple of times, one of those times he told the receptionist that I needed to call him back because I owed his company money, I thought that was very unprofessional, and even though he didn't give details that was still confidential information. we were making each payment 4 to 10 days apart, practically giving them our whole paychecks, on the 10th of October we made our last payment, which I wasn't aware of because I wasn't keeping track of the payments, so every time he called and demanded more money I would pay because I thought I still owed him. On November 6th they called my office once again and demanded $200.00 more I argued that I did not owe any more money and ended up paying $90.00 that day. That same day I got curious and got all my receipts and bank statements out to verify how much money I had already paid them and how much I still owed them, turns out I had overpaid them by $740.00, I was infuriated because I could not believe that they were still calling my job demanding for more money, On November 7th my husband and I went to their office to explain to them what we had learned the previous day, I asked very calmly how much was the late payment fee and how many times was I charged, they told me that late payment fees were 45.00 but they weren’t sure how many times I was charged, they said that they would have to go through all their bank statements and that that would take them about 3 hours, point is they were beating around the bush and never answered my question. After I proved to them that I had overpaid them they started claiming that they didn’t know how much they’d have to charge me for the repo fees, apparently they called a tow truck company to repo my car on the 28th of October 18 days after I had finished paying them, not to mention they left my husband threatening voice-mails about calling the police if we didn’t pay them. I read to them the repossession form that I signed and it didn’t mention anything about any fees, I told him that I never signed anything that said that I would have to pay them back for any repossession fees, he argued that it wasn’t on paper but that it was talked about, I responded that if it was not on paper then it did not apply, at that point I called my attorney and told her the whole situation, the advised me to leave and that she’d go back with me on 11/9/2015 and that we’d report them and go to the small claims courts, which wasn’t necessary because after verifying all the payments I made to them they gave me a check for $610.00. Bottom line is I would not recommend this dealer, they were very unprofessional, one of them in particular, he never apologized or admitted any wrong doing, I’m glad this situation is finally over and I hope this review helps other car buyers.
