My husband took out a term policy for AFBA. I received a letter to convert the policy. I have been asking for the copy of the conversion policy for two weeks. Today, I even had a conference call the with the state insurance commission and they said they would email me a copy of the policy. They still did not send me a copy of the insurance policy. I have 5 days to make a large payment to the insurance company and they have yet to send me a copy of the policy they are requesting that we purchase,
