5 Star Rent-A-Van

Booked a 15 pax van for dec 29th 3 weeks ahead. They charged me and sent me confirmation. [redacted](one of the owner) called me less than 24 hours asking if I still need the van. I never canceled the van so I said yes. Then he told me that they were overbooked and they DO NOT have any van available. He told me he booked 2 7 passengers cars from other company,giving the other company my information and credit card number without my authorization. I have tourists coming out of country that I need to take care and we really need the car. The next day we found out that he didn't booked the right car for us he booked 2 of 5 passengers cars and put 7 passengers preferences and of course they don't have any 7 pax. We ended up spending over $600 instead of %159. We called and email them asked them to take care at least $200. This is way over our budget. The reason why we rent a van from this company is because they have a very reasonable price. But we ended up dealing with more expenses and all the hassle.8
