Damage to personal property during contract work at my home
On 08/12/2018, a tree fell on my home causing considerable damageStar Restoration was contracted through insurance company for the repairsThis included rebuilding of attic, new roof, new ceiling in living and dining, new electrical and entire new kitchen
During this process, my white leather ottoman was used to hold the paint trays and my dining room table was damaged as it was used outside as a workstationAlso, the hardwood floors were not covered properly and ended up with severe scratches
After completion, it was found the kitchen sink plumbing was done incorrectly which has continued to leak waterAnd the roof was never completed
On 10/26/2018, I contacted *** at Star Restoration regarding replacement of my dining room tableOnce I sent her pictures of the damage, it was agreed they would replace the costI was asked to send the information on where I bought the table and how much it would be to re

My husband and I just had our roof replaced by 5 Star and were very pleased. Adam came out and walked the roof and found that we had storm damage. The other companies that came out did not even get on the roof. The men on the job were courteous and respectful. The cleanup was good and overall, the whole project was handled very professionally!
