Did a stand up a job was very satisfied with their work. If I every needed another job done or knew someone who did I would definitley have them back and would refer them. I would like to especially thank Austin and his crew.

The job was exceptional Paul and Steve were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was amazed at how fast they were and well my roof turned out. They care of my roof and were very careful with my new seeded yard, then cleaned everything up better than before they go there. Don't be like me and try yourself first, you're just wasting your time and will need to call them anyway. The price was right, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again guys

Ollie Rowe and 5 Star Roofing, re-roofed our 20 year old house the summer of 2016. I could not have had a better customer experience. Ollie inspected my roof, then came back and met my insurance adjuster, with no guarantee of the job. When I gave him the go ahead on Thursday, he had my roof torn off and roofed by Saturday at 3:30pm! At every step in the process Ollie produced. The price was competitive and fair, workmanship was excellent, follow-up was top notch. After Ollie's crew had cleaned up and left, he remained and continued to run the magnet to pick up any stray nails in my yard. I would recommend Ollie and 5 Star Roofing to anyone interested In high quality product and a great customer experience.

Overall the best experience I've had with a contractor. Ollie Rowe was professional, timely, and most importantly, true to his word. He was in contact with me throughout the process and very helpful in dealing with my insurance. Plus, I have a beautiful new roof!

Review: 6/17/13 contract-roof/siding/gutters/brick-$12,500. Known leak on roof considered in contract which stated "once wood is accessed and fixed". He later brought an add'l contract for unforseen repairs-$500 labor/$500 wood.There were no unforseen repairs. The first time he came to my house I told him I wanted Fypons. He didn't know how much they cost as he had no catalog. I told him that I would write a separate check for the materials for around the front windows and door. I gave him a check for $1200. He ordered the door pilasters too short and installed them wrong. He is now stating that unless I sign a paper releasing him from having to fix that mistake, he will not bring the remaining Fypons that I paid for and will not finish the job which was started over two months ago. Siding has fallen off the house. I've had no house number or doorbell for 2 months. There are many repairs that need to be done. He installed the incorrect color of j channel around the window and brought a friend over who accused me of not telling Dustin what color j channel I wanted. I didn't even know what it was.Desired Settlement: Remove the pilasters that I didn't order and replace them with the correct size and installation.Bring the remaining Fypons that I paid for and install them. Cover the j channel that is the wrong color.Reattach the siding that fell off the house.Install house number and doorbell.Fix the siding aroung the faucet.Repair the hole to the left of the back door.Put screws in the gutter brackets.One strip of brick was not done and a place on the other side was missed.Reimburse ovrchrg
