I have a day at the spa gift certificate that I can not use due to the salon not returning phone calls and closing without notice.I received a gift certificate for a day at the spa in [redacted] 2014. I recently tried to schedule appointments by phone, but calls were not returned. I face booked the salon and left messages at the business to schedule appointments. The business suddenly closed, phone disconnected and facebook page removed. without warning and no returned phone calls so I am unable to use this gift certificate.Desired SettlementI would like a refund for the gift certificate value of [redacted]
